01 · PREPARE
Start by identifying the site and the people responsible for its application. If several hospitals are applying, do not combine their supporting records.
Use the full registered name of the facility or contracting entity.
Provide the complete address and geographic location of the proposed site.
Name the person coordinating documents, site access, and internal approvals.
Identify whether the hospital is private or government-operated.
02 · INITIAL SCREENING
These records give a provider an initial view of electricity demand, credit quality, site control, and the entity that will carry the long-term obligation.
The latest three years for the hospital or the entity that will sign the PPA.
The latest 12 months, including every page and tariff detail available.
Hourly or 15/30-minute interval data, ideally covering at least 12 months.
Available roof or land area, geographic location, and existing plans or drawings.
Proof of ownership or complete lease details, as applicable.
A basic corporate profile and ownership structure for the contracting entity.

Exact requirements depend on the hospital, property arrangement, provider, and contracting structure. Prepare these common documents for final review.
SUBMISSION READINESS
A well-labelled package helps SolarMD and the PPA provider identify gaps quickly and move a viable hospital into detailed assessment.
Requirements vary by provider. Final technical, financial, credit, and legal approval remains with the selected PPA provider and appropriately qualified professionals.
